Commodore Industries (Pty) Ltd is an energy company with a specific focus in the last mile development and financing of renewable projects. Our mission as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) is to provide a levelized cost of energy to bankable customers in both the private and public sectors. As a holistic energy company, Commodore Industries also has interests in Coal, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and the construction of Transmission Lines. We have also recently launched our own EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) division which we hope to grow over the next few years.
Our Mission
We realize our vision through the acquisition of brownfields energy projects; using our expertise to drive them to reach shovel-ready status, financial close, and Commercial Operation Date (COD), through the provision of Offtake Agreements and Project Financing.
